We value your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, for which purposes and how you can exercise your rights.

Who is responsible?

What data do we process?

• Contact details (name, email address, phone number)
• Organisation and role details
• Communication content (messages, emails and meeting notes you send us or that we exchange with you)
• Technical data (IP address, browser information, time of visit) that our server records automatically in log files
• What you enter in the contact form: name, organisation, email address, phone number, subject and message. When you submit it, we also store your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse
• Billing and contract information if you are a client or customer

We receive this data from you, for example when you email or call us or discuss an assignment with us. We do not process special categories of personal data and we do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

For what purposes and on what basis?

• Responding to contact requests and preparing quotations (legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering into a contract)
• Performing agreements and delivering services (performance of a contract)
• Website security and troubleshooting (legitimate interests)
• Complying with legal obligations, such as tax retention rules (legal obligation)

Where we need your consent, we ask for it in advance. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

Our website only uses functional cookies that are needed for the site to work: a session cookie, a security token (CSRF) and your language choice within the session. No consent is required for these. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies and we do not load advertising or statistics services from third parties. You can remove or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Retention

We retain data no longer than necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Contact inquiries are typically retained for up to 24 months and administrative records for up to 7 years (tax retention rules). Technical data in server logs is kept no longer than needed for security and troubleshooting.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with service providers that process personal data on our behalf (processors), such as our hosting and email provider D-Hosting in the Netherlands, or where legally required. We enter into data processing agreements with our processors. We do not sell personal data. To our knowledge we process data within the European Economic Area.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to administrative functions is limited to authorised users.

Links to other websites

Our website contains links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, DepPlan and Maius. Their own privacy policies apply to the use of those websites.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to the processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. We respond to your request within one month and may ask you to identify yourself.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). We would appreciate hearing from you first, so that we can resolve it together.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
